Air Serbia took supply of its sixth Airbus A320 plane at the moment (pictured). The dry-leased aircraft was beforehand operated by Aegean Airways. It’s nineteen years outdated, which makes it the second-oldest A320 in Air Serbia’s fleet. The plane has been saved since final November. It carries the Serbian registration YU-APU. Air Serbia now has 32 plane in its fleet, along with multi-year wet-lease preparations with each airBaltic and Bulgaria Air for 4 A220-300s and 4 Embraer E190 plane respectively.
Commenting on the brand new arrival, Air Serbia’s CEO, Jiri Marek, mentioned, “Introducing one other Airbus A320 into service is a part of Air Serbia’s steady fleet renewal course of. We’re regularly changing older A319 fashions with these plane, growing the variety of out there seats and bettering operational effectivity. Our objective is to develop the fleet in a long-term and deliberate method, adapting its construction to market wants and the corporate’s future progress”.
