2023 Holiday Season Highlights
With nearly two months of holiday happenings at Peddler’s Village, there’s no shortage of things to see and do. Event highlights this holiday season include:
Holiday Kickoff Weekend
Embrace the holiday spirit with a full weekend of free holiday fun, including carolers, musicians, roving street performers and the 23rd Annual Grand Illumination Celebration — a lighting ceremony on November 17 where Mr. and Mrs. Claus switch on over 1 million colorful holiday lights (November 17-19, 2023).
Gingerbread Competition & Display
An almost 40-year-old holiday tradition, the Peddler’s Village Gingerbread Competition & Display is back and spicier than ever, featuring over 100 handcrafted gingerbread creations on display as part of a free exhibit (November 17, 2023 through January 14, 2024).
Photos With Santa at Giggleberry Fair
Take a pic with Santa himself at Giggleberry Fair, Peddler’s Village’s beloved family fun complex. Tickets to Giggleberry Fair are required (select dates November 17 through December 17, 2023).
Nighttime Stories With the Grinch
He’s as cuddly as a cactus and as charming as an eel, but he’s not a half-bad storyteller. Bring the little Whos and gather ‘round for a free evening of Stories With the Grinch (November 29, December 6 & December 13, 2023).
Holly Jolly Weekend
Jolly ol’ Saint Nick flies into December with two days of free Santa-themed festivities and parades. The festival includes live music, kid-friendly activities, pay-as-you-go holiday treats and more (December 2-3, 2023).
