US: Meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider Cvent has acquired Jifflenow, an appointment scheduling solution and iCapture, a lead capture tool.
Cvent can now offer executives and sales teams a solution to maximise their time at events and trade shows as well as streamline post-event follow-ups.
The acquisitions of Jifflenow and iCapture will support sales and marketing teams to improve trade show performance with automated appointment scheduling and lead capture.
With configurable qualification questions and CRM integrations, iCapture can facilitate efficient lead capture onsite. In addition, Jifflenow simplifies the process of booking qualified appointments at the event.
