ATLANTA, Georgia—Hunter Resort Advisors (Hunter) introduced the sale and financing of the 131-room Courtyard Memphis Collierville in Collierville, Tennessee. Southern Hospitality LLC offered the 2023-renovated lodge to a Texas-based investor on September 12, 2025. Hunter’s Tim Osborne, senior vp, facilitated the transaction, with Adeel Amin, senior vp of capital markets, securing an $8.7 million bridge mortgage on behalf of the client.
The Courtyard Memphis Collierville is in Carriage Crossing, a retail middle with greater than 65 nationwide retailers, native retailers, and eating choices. The lodge is a five-minute drive from the FedEx World Expertise Heart, and it’s located seven minutes from the Mike Rose Soccer Complicated. The property can be inside 20 miles of Memphis, house to FedEx World Headquarters, AutoZone Company Headquarters, Graceland, Beale Road, the Memphis Zoo, and the Memphis Music Corridor of Fame.
“This lodge checks loads of packing containers for buyers, with a current renovation and a location that pulls demand from each enterprise and leisure,” Osborne mentioned. “That sturdy positioning, mixed with Hunter’s means to advise on each step of the method, made this a clean and profitable transaction.”
The four-story lodge contains 1,624 sq. toes of assembly area, an indoor pool, a health middle, and The Bistro, a full-service restaurant.
