Inhabit, Queen’s Gardens, the second Inhabit location in west London, opened in May 2022. It achieved Green Key certification the following year and has now been recognised as a B Corp business.
As a zero waste to landfill hotel, Inhabit, Queen’s Gardens works with Globechain which redistributes unwanted items by connecting corporations to charities and families. Through this platform, Inhabit, Queen’s Gardens has diverted 1,891 items thus far from going to landfill, equivalent to 16,371 kg and over 13.8 tonnes of CO2e.
HEPA air filtration systems have been installed at the property in addition to air purifiers by IQAir, and still water dispensers are located on each floor.
Other on-property commitments include partnering with fellow B Corp businesses and socially-conscious suppliers with refill systems, as well as hosting workshops in collaboration with Self Space around maintaining mental health awareness and wellbeing.
