LondonMetric Property Plc has accomplished the acquisition of 9 Premier Inn motels from Whitbread PLC for £89 million. The transaction displays a web preliminary yield of 5.3% and will increase LondonMetric’s portfolio of Premier Inn motels to 22 properties.

The properties have been acquired on a sale-and-leaseback foundation, with new 30-year leases in place.
