UK: Five-star luxury hotel The Hari, in Belgravia, London, has unveiled a renovation across all its guest rooms by interior architecture studio Tara Bernerd & Partners.
Tara Bernerd originally designed The Hari and has recently completed a refresh of all guest rooms, featuring new design, furniture, fabrics and flooring.
The renovation has focussed on reimagining rather than replacing to support The Hari’s commitment to sustainability. For example, the floors have been lightened, bed frames and headboards have been touched up and reupholstered, and window seats have been recovered.
An updated bar design and further renovations are due to take place in Q1 next year.
General manager of The Hari, Andrew Coney said: “Our aim for the renovation was to enhance our guest rooms in the hotel to offer new touchpoints for our guests. We have a long-standing partnership with Tara Bernerd who works with us to support our sustainability efforts by creating a chic, considered design that stands the test of time”.
Tara Bernerd of Tara Bernerd & Partners said: “Having long had a fruitful partnership with Dr Aron Harilela and his team, we have revisited our designs for the guest rooms at The Hari, to refresh and reinvigorate, whilst staying true to the original design ethos and DNA.”
