The AKA Hotels+Hotel Residences portfolio spans the United States and United Kingdom, with properties in New York, Miami, West Palm Beach, Boston, Philadelphia, Alexandria, Washington, Los Angeles and London.
With six hotels currently open in the United States, the group plans to expand overseas such as London, Paris and Milan.
Most recently in October 2023, Korman Communities (the parent company of AKA) broke ground on AVE Navy Yard, a $285 million mixed-use development in Philadelphia due to open in 2025. AVE is a flexible living brand comprising 16 locations across the US with two sites, including Navy Yard, under development.
