In a spectacular event that unfolded on the 27th of November at Elite Chef School in Riyadh, the Norwegian Seafood Council, in collaboration with the Norwegian Embassy in KSA, treated local enthusiasts to an exclusive seafood workshop featuring the acclaimed Norwegian Chef, Daniel Rouge.
The Norwegian Seafood Council, known for its global initiatives in researching, educating, and developing seafood markets, showcased its commitment to consumers through its “Seafood from Norway” brand.
The masterclass, held at the renowned culinary training centre, focused on the art of cooking seafood with ingredients and recipes borrowed from Middle East, Asia and of course Norway, providing a unique opportunity for attendees to see insights from Chef Daniel Rouge and savour the high-quality seafood from Norway. A diverse group of chefs, predominantly Saudi nationals, were treated to an immersive experience, gaining insights into the art of preparing seafood dishes inspired by Norway’s rich coastal heritage.
