WILLIAMSBURG, Virginia—OTH Accommodations Resorts (OTH) introduced that it has been awarded the third-party administration contract for the Courtyard by Marriott Manassas Battlefield Park.
Starting in January 2026, OTH will assume full operational accountability for the property, overseeing day-to-day resort administration, income technique, visitor expertise, and model alignment.
