Philly’s top culinary ticket is back this month with a new pair of acclaimed chefs and some incredibly delicious dishes.

Presented by CHEF Radio Podcast and Visit Philadelphia, the Voi•ãge Dinner Series lands in Lark’s Bala Cynwyd dining room for two delicious evenings on February 28 and 29, 2024.

For the series’ second installment, CHEF Radio host and award-winning culinary director/co-founder of Philadelphia’s High Street Hospitality Group, Eli Kulp, brings together Jeremy Fox and Nicholas Elmi, two James Beard Award-nominated chefs who helm restaurants on opposite sides of the country yet share a knack for surprising diners in innovative ways.

Chef Fox takes the very stalks of broccoli, balls of brussels, and other veggies we avoided as kids and elevates them, making them the stars of dishes that are as tasty as they are beautiful. The chef’s work at Napa Valley restaurant Ubuntu, and more recently Rustic Canyon and Birdie G, inspires the culinary movement that puts vegetables center stage on plates across the nation.

Fox brings his signature “vegetable forward” approach and “seed-to-stalk” philosophy to Lark, recreating signature dishes from throughout his career with a Philly twist thanks to help from Top Chef Nicholas Elmi, the owner of Lark and Laurel.

A seat at the Voi•áge Dinner Series’ table is $195 per person (tax and gratuity not included) and includes a complimentary welcome cocktail created by Voi•áge partners, Revivalist Spirits. A $90 wine pairing and suggested cocktail pairings will be available. Reservations can be made on Resy.

The Voi•ãge Dinner Series kicked off this past October with its inaugural Kalaya-Anajak Thai dinner at Kalaya in Fishtown, where Chutatip ‘Nok’ Suntaranon was joined by fellow 2024 James Beard AAward-winningchef Justin Pichetrungsi.

Several more out-of-town culinary stars are slated to visit the city in the coming months as part of the series, cooking with chefs Michael Solomonov (Zahav, Laser Wolf) and Greg Vernick (Vernick, Vernick Fish). Keep an eye on CHEF Radio and Visit Philadelphia’s social media for future Voi•ãge announcements.
