Winners of these awards were chosen based on anonymous employee feedback from the last 12 months. The Best CEO award measures how happy our employees are with our CEO, Marc Heyneker. Marc created Revinate 14 years ago and continues to lead us to bigger and greater things with a great sense of passion and care.
This is the second year in a row we have won Best Company Culture. This award measures satisfaction among 16 core metrics, including compensation, leadership, and work environment.
