Safran Helicopter Engines Australia has signed a support-by-the-hour settlement with aviation firm ARC Helicopters to offer in-service help and upkeep for the Makila 2A1 engines powering its Tremendous Puma H225.

From October 2025, the H225 can be operated by ARC Helicopters from Victoria to carry out important missions, together with firefighting and utility operations throughout the area.
