Accor’s new in-house meals and beverage group, Desk For, introduces a brand new Italian eating vacation spot on the waterfront at Pullman Grand Sydney Harbour on Friday.

Led by Giovanni Pilu and Marilyn Annecchini – house owners of common Northern Seashores restaurant Pilu at Freshwater – Flaminia is called after the ship that introduced the Pilu household from Italy to Sydney in 1959 and attracts on the culinary heritage of Italy’s nice port cities.

“At Flaminia, we’re celebrating the form of meals that has at all times linked folks,” Chef Pilu stated.

“The ports of Italy have their very own rhythm – daring flavours, trustworthy cooking and a hospitality that makes you linger. We wished to convey that feeling to Sydney’s spectacular harbour.”

Interiors by Studio Gramfollow a relaxed coastal theme with gentle timber, textured stone and shoreline tones. The restaurant incorporates a central bar, curved banquettes and sculptural lighting in reference to the geometry of a ship’s inside.

Marilyn Annecchini stated the Flaminia expertise goals to be “relaxed, welcoming, and vigorous”.
