Italy: Ruby Group has signed its third property in Italy, positioned within the Isola district of Milan. 

The undertaking is being developed in collaboration with Kervis SGR S.p.A., an Italian actual property funding and asset administration firm. It’s positioned straight at Zara metro station.

Set to open in 2028, the lodge will characteristic 128 rooms with floor flooring F&B and an internal courtyard terrace. The undertaking combines a number of present buildings into one cohesive lodge idea.

Catherine Hilt, head of improvement for southern Europe at Ruby Group, stated: “Milan is a core European market with robust year-round demand pushed by each enterprise and leisure journey, supported by its worldwide profile and distinctive design tradition. The Milan lodge joins extra Ruby properties in Florence in Rome.

Ruby Group expands in Italy with a lodge in Milan, signing its third Italian property following Florence and Rome.

The 128-room Ruby lodge might be positioned in Milan’s Isola district, straight at Zara metro station.

It’s scheduled to open in 2028, that includes ground-floor meals and beverage house and an internal courtyard terrace.
