Between 1993 and 2015, Boeing delivered 222 C-17A Globemaster IIIs to the US Air Pressure and 53 to different worldwide companions.

The RAAF at present operates eight C-17As, having obtained an preliminary fleet of 4 between 20028 and 2008, and extra plane in 2011, 2012, and 2015.
